We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for Xeveloper Technologies. The ideal candidate will independently handle daily accounting operations, statutory filings, financial reporting, audits, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.

• Maintain complete books of accounts including: Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Journal entries
• Handle day-to-day accounting in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or equivalent).
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivables & payables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.
• Support budgeting and cost control activities.
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, etc.)
• GST input credit tracking & compliance
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings (Income Tax returns, 24Q, 26Q, 16, 16A).
• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company.
• Handle all communications with Income Tax & GST departments.
• Ensure timely tax payments and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with: Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory laws
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, and Auditors.
• Prepare data and schedules for: Internal audits, Statutory audits, Tax audits
• Maintain all statutory registers and compliance documentation.
• Handle ROC filings in coordination with consultants.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR.
• Handle: PF, ESI, and professional tax compliance
• Salary TDS calculations & Form 16 issuance
• Ensure timely statutory deductions and deposits.
