We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations while leading the talent acquisition strategy for Xeveloper Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring the right talent, strengthening company culture, managing HR policies, and supporting business growth through people-centric initiatives.

• Lead the overall hiring strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Build and execute manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in, HR, Business Administration Or any related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or technology company (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with job portals and interview coordination.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
