We are looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer (SDE 1) with strong fundamentals in Python, Django, and REST APIs to join our engineering team at Xeveloper Technologies.
You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and collaborating with frontend and product teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership, learning, and growth.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python & Django.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Work with databases for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement asynchronous/background tasks using Celery & Redis.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / React).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Maintain proper documentation for APIs and workflows.

• Strong understanding of Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL / relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Celery & Redis.
• Familiarity with Git & GitHub workflows.
• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or React).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker / deployment workflows.
• Experience working on scalable or high-traffic applications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools.
